You are only paying for tickets for your team. If your happy hour is a multi-team event, once the lead booker has secured the booking other teams can purchase additional tickets using the existing confirmation ID.

The maximum number of tickets you can purchase will depend on your chosen event location – capacities range from 40 to 100. Please make sure the number of tickets you purchase does not exceed the maximum capacity of your chosen event location.

There is also the option to run a quiz as part of your event, for no extra cost.

Select your office. Each site has a dedicated bar cart which will be used for the event. The bar carts and their locations can be viewed on the homepage.

Select an available date in green. Mobile Bar Carts are available to book on Thursdays.

Choose from one of our themed packages which include drinks, nibbles, decorations and props, games and music.

Each bar cart booking comes with a Polaroid camera plus complimentary film to capture your team get-together.

Select your preferred timeslot. On occasion, some timeslots will be made unavailable due to limited resources.

The bar carts and their approved event locations can be viewed on the homepage. Pre-event spaces can only be booked if you have a confirmed booking in the adjoining event space.

If you have opted for a 20m hosted quiz as part of your event, please let us know when you would like it to start and up to 3 preferred categories.
